• 同年 三菱電気伊丹製作所入社（1999年退職）
• 2002年 大阪大学大学院基礎工学研究科情報数理系専攻 修了，博士(工学)
• 同年 大阪大学基礎工学部 助手/産学官連携研究員
• 2004年 立命館大学情報理工学部/生命科学部生命情報学科 講師・助教
• 2013年 理化学研究所生命システム研究センター 研究員
• 2017年 大阪電気通信大学情報通信工学部情報工学科 准教授
• 2019年より 立命館大学情報理工学部 教授

Biography (English)

Yukako Tohsato received her M.E from Kyushu Institute of Technology University, Japan, in 1997. After working at Mitsubishi Electric Co., she received her Ph.D. degree from Osaka University in 2002. After working at Osaka University and Ritsumeikan University, she was a research scientist at RIKEN Quantitative Biology Center from 2013 to 2017 and an associate professor at Osaka Electro-Communication University from 2017 to 2019. She is currently a professor at Ritsumeikan University. Her research interest is in computational biology, bioinformatics, and bioimage informatics. Engage in research related to the analysis of omics data, including phenome, with a focus on metabolism.
